sushi doesn't work on ubuntu20.10. upgrade sushi to 3.38.0 in repos

Bug Description

The version of gnome-sushi(3.34.0-2) in the repositories of Ubuntu 20.10 does not work. This issue has been fixed upstream in version (3.38.0) so please upgrade the version of gnome-sushi available in the repos.
