shell search provider doesn't list snaps

Bug Description

Using current artful, g-s 3.25.91 and snapd-glib 1.18, looking for snaps name in the shell overview lists no result ("atom" for example which is one of the currently featured snaps)

This seems to be caused by the way GNOME Software returns the metadata to the search. It looks in a "global cache" which doesn't seem to contain any snap metadata. So the solution is possibly updating the snap plugin to correctly use this cache.
