Bug Description
On Ubuntu 16.04, using gnome-software 3.20.1+
Creating a file in /etc/apt/
gnome-software still wants to update these packages http://
Every day it displays the pop-up message "Software Updates Available Important OS and application updates are ready to be installed" if one of these Phased Updates is categorized by gnome-software as one of "OS Updates" even if they are not security updates.
