On screenlocker upon changing minute from 03:40 to 03:41 the digits 0 and 1 were rendered merged

Discovered on Ubuntu 20 running with Cyrillic locale.

Oh actually the fix for bug 1882291 is only in Ubuntu 22.04 and later so this is a duplicate.
