Bug Description
Window menus close as soon as they open, if you happen to be moving the mouse upward very slightly at the same time.
Test case:
1. Move the cursor slowly upward over a Nautilus window's titlebar, and right click on the titlebar at the same time.
Expected: Window menu opens and stays open.
Observed: Window menu opens, but immediately closes again.
