Bug Description
1) Ubuntu 19.10
2) Gnome 3.34.1
3) Right clicked on a .desktop file and then clicked "Open With Other Application". "Open With" menu should be consistent.
4) The "Open With" menu does not match the "Open With" menu displayed for other files.
