Bug Description

Binary package hint: tomboy

The current bindings bring gnomevfs# on the default installation, would be nice to use gconf# rather to avoid those

The gnomevfs# dependency comes really from the dependency on libgnome2.24-cil for Tomboy, not from the use of the property editors in gconf#. And this is just used, AFAICS, for the panel applet case, so I think we can just compile Tomboy with --disable-panel-applet to remove the dependency. Having a try now...

So the problem comes from the usage of some libgnome API in GConf.PropertyEditor, which forces this to be included in the libgnome2.24-cil packages (instead of libgconf-cil), thus bringing gnomevfs# to the set of dependencies.

summary: - should use gconf# rather than gconfpeditor
