closing window which pops up when usb is connected

Bug Description
in the pursuit of uniform and predictable experience another case of ctrl+q not working. I plug a phone via usb and a window pops up asking me what to do. ctrl+q should probably work same way as cancel button. This is related to bug #900753 and bug #923292
