Bug Description
In Ubuntu 13.04, if you go to the Settings -> Mouse & Touchpad -> check "Content sticks to fingers", then you get 'natural scrolling' as for cell phones, for example. Now if you enable horizontal scrolling (via Alt + F2 -> dconf-editor -> org -> gnome -> settings-daemon -> peripherals -> touchpad -> check horiz-scroll-
