mouse cursor keep showing the "loading" crusor

Bug Description
After setting up conky in the startup application list, the mouse cursor never changes to the normal crusor. It keeps showing the loading cursor.

I would like to add that this happens when I start my Laptop and log in to Unity 12,04 Ubntu
