Bug Description
I'm using 11.10 with Unity. I have observed that lock screen does not behave consistently after the machine has been idling for a while and resuming from screen saving. Same applies to resuming from suspend.
Types of behavior is one of:
- From screen saver to login screen (expected, ~50%)
- From screen saver to desktop for a few secs (sometimes allowing interaction) then login screen (not expected, ~30%)
- From screen saver to desktop without login (not expected, ~20%)
This has actually been reported by another user on ubuntuforums. I am experiencing the exact same problem.
I am opening a bug since I really need a machine that locks reliably.
