Bug Description
Binary package hint: gnome-screensaver
My computer was idle for a short amount of time. When I came back to it, I had a firefox session open and running. I was able to click a link or two and then the screen locked and it said my session was expired. It appears that the timer for locking the session didn't expire until after I had already started clicking links. When I entered in the password, the screen unlocked and the firefox session was on the page I loaded by clicking on the link.
Ubuntu 10.04 x86
Expected behavior: Lock the screen and don't allow any user input until the correct user session password is entered.

I've noticed this behaviour also. I'll leave my PC for sometime and come back. I can use it for a very short time then I'm locked out. Marked as "Confirmed"
