Bug Description

i forgotten my authenticate password cos i went to lock my user account now i cant unlock it due to forgotten password, anyway to reset the authenticate password or unlock my user accounts? cos currently i cant download and install any programs without the authenticate password. really need help for this do let me know? thanks!
