Bug Description
Binary package hint: gnome-power-manager
Currently if you're on unreliable power (eg. hotel power at an Ubuntu conference) then a new dialogue will be shown for each power disconnection.
Ideally the existing dialogue should be reused so that only a maximum of one should be present.

Another issue with dialogs not automatically closing is that, when I accidentally leave (a) critical warning(s) open in the background and then unplug my laptop with a full battery, that/those message(s) is/are focused, even though it's/they're irrelevant.
