* Merge with Debian unstable, remaining changes:
- Use an epoch in version number.
- Recommend indicator-applet-complete.
- Recommend unity-control-center instead of gnome-control-center.
- Adjust Breaks for Ubuntu versioning.
- Add Ubuntu-specific patches:
