Bug Description
Binary package hint: gnome-panel
currently, there are two ways to eject removable media:
1. places-
problem: not immediately recognizeable, requires 3 steps.
2. desktop->right click on device, choose unmount.
->requires to show the desktop, or to switch workspace: interrupts work flow.
alternative: add an eject button next to the removable device name, in a similar way
to how Tomboy (>0.5.1) behaves with its sticky button:
http://
similar to:
1. tomboy,
2. itunes ipod eject.
