Window switcher applet displays ellipsis without icons when buttons become narrow

Binary package hint: gnome-panel

When more windows appear on desktop, size of window switcher applet buttons became smaller. After some moment it begins to display ellipsis symbols instead of icons, and it begins when there is enough space to display icons.

I think it should display icons always, even cropped if buttons become narrow.
