Bug Description

When you upgrade from ubuntu 12.10 to 13.04 the gnome-panel login option icon is missing, only a white circle without nothig on it.

still happening in ubuntu 13.10 , hte foot of gnome logo doesn't appear when choosing wich desktop are you going to start on login, it appears in the no efects descktop but the effects one shows a white circle.
