Update gnome-menus blacklist

Bug Description

Our debian/menus.blacklist is out of sync with Debian. The blacklist currently available on Debian also includes icedtea, openjdk7 and imagemagick.

This is the differences:

Well, it is used when you type "gnome-menu-blacklist" at command line.
That is why it is not working as expected for me.

we should probably stop shipping that binary then, it's doubtful many users run it though...

It is useful, I will contact the debian maintainer to create a separated package for "gnome-menu-blacklist".

Could you remove it so it will note have conflicts with my package and I can use same binary name?
