Bug Description
When upgrading from a Karmic Koala beta version, several errors were reported.
Namelly:
libpart2.0-cil
libmono-
libgtk2.0-cil
libflickrnet2.2-cil
...
with the error: no package named $$$ is installed.
After that, appeared the error:
package libgnome-
followed by the same error on the files:
libgtk2.0-cil
libglade2.0-cil
libflickrnet2.2-cil
libndesk-
libpart2.0-cil
libmono-
these errors were followed by:
Could not install the upgrade
your system may be in an unusable state.
A recovery will run now (dpkg --configure -a)
I hope this information can help someone sort this problem... I was upgrading the laptop of my wife (I guess when she finds out what out what happened she wont like it!)
Thank you in advance
