Bug Description

 affects ubuntu

Hi,

I'd like to place a bug report on a fresh Ubuntu 20.04 install.

Description:
When using gnome-session-flashback on a fresh Ubuntu 20.04 install, the
desktop icons are set to auto-arrange and this cannot be changed.

Right click on the Desktop presents the options as a radio-group with
the items auto-arrange, grid-aligned, free . Auto-arrange is selected
and the other options are greyed-out/inactive.

I did not find the configuration key for that in dcon-editor or
gnome-tweaks.

Additional Information:
When using an Ubuntu / Ubuntu with Wayland session, the icons are not
set to auto-arrange and can can be freely arranged.

Regards,
Patrick Menschel
