Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. Install Ubuntu 15.10 from alpha cdimage (http://
2. Install gnome-panel package.
3. Select GNOME Session Flashback (Compiz) from greeter (normal user or Guest session - it does not matter).
Expected results:
GNOME Session FlashBack is started, has two panels (top and bottom), there is no Unity launcher.
Actual results:
GNOME Session FlashBack is started, it has Unity panel in the left, gnome-panel in the bottom, top gnome-panel is hovered by Unity global menu panel (see screenshot).

Ubuntu 15.10 with all update, still can not use GNOME Sessions Flashback even as Guest session.
