"Create a partition" dialog box cannot be resized; bad default size.

Bug Description
I can't resize the "Create a partition" dialog box. This is bad because:
a) You should be able to resize *all* dialogs.
b) The default size cuts off some of the text in the size label, and the size slider is comically small.
I will attach a screenshot.
