Bug Description

In "Network Proxy" settings, there is no user way to configure the list of ignored hosts.

This can be worked around in Firefox by using FF's own proxy settings but not with Chromium which solely relies on system settings.

This is a problem especially in corporate environments or any network with services hosted internally behind a proxy.
