Bug Description

Ubuntu 11.10 allows users to set their picture using the webcam during installation, but after installation it's much more cumbersome to set the userpicture with the webcam. gnome-control-center does support using the webcam directly but not in Ubuntu. http://library.gnome.org/users/gnome-help/stable/user-changepicture.html.en

This might require cheese to be a build-dependency (and thus, in main). Or maybe gnome-control-center could be patched so that it could just use the same library that ubiquity uses without needing to have cheese available.

Thank Jeremy, indeed that would be nice but cheese has depends on clutter and universe components like mx and we didn't want to add those to the CD for Oneiric, maybe next cycle
