Bug Description
Netbook: HP Mini 1120NR
When adjusting the Brightness using System Settings -> Screen the screen will flash randomly. It flashes between full dim, full bright, and a random brightness value or the brightness value of the slider as you drag it.
Sometimes the slider does not move when you drag it; it pops into place when you release it.
