Bug Description

Using Jaunty Alpha 5 with the "New Wave" theme from community-themes.

Applying a theme from System > Preferences >Appearance > Theme does not change the window borders correctly. this can be manually corrected by clicking "Customize" and choosing the correct window borders, though.
