gnome-appearance-properties doesn't change Windows Border when selecting a theme

Bug Description

Binary package hint: gnome-control-center

When I try to change a theme in jaunty gnome-appearance-properties, the window border is not changed. When I click on a theme, the selection jumpes to Custom and I have to change the window border using the Customize button. Controls and icons are changed as expected.
