gnome-control-panel does not remember multiple display preferences

Bug Description

I have two screens (my laptop's and an external one). I normally only us the external one. I disable the laptop screen, but the system does not remembers the setting, so I have to do it again everytime I log in.

This did not happened with Ubuntu GNOME 13.10
