Bug Description
All of the icons in the system settings application launch a sub-configuration panel within the same application window to configure whatever it is you clicked on. For instance if you click on Sound it takes you to the Sound configuration panel within gnome-control-
Print Settings however opens its own application dialog window separate from the system settings window. This is inconsistent with the rest of the configurable sections and should be changed to work like the others.

Note that it only happens under Unity -- clicking the Print Settings icon under Gnome Shell (or any other session) opens the settings inside the Control Center's window.
