Bug Description
In Hungary the DVB-T standard has changed from MPEG2 to MPEG4 h264. Since that no application is able to play the DVB-T stream, most probably the codec is missing.
When Totem tried to search for the codec it reports that no suitable codec can be found...
Ubuntu 8.10 and Ubuntu 9.04 are both affected.

Hallo,
do you tried "mplayer" for watching DVB-T?
with "libx264"-package, mplayer should be able to play h.264 content
For configuration following link could help: www.mplayerhq. hu/DOCS/ HTML/en/ mpeg_decoders. html#dvb
