Bug Description
I enabled Global Dark Theme in the gnome-tweak-tool, did a reboot and everything, and yet still in the gnome-builder it is using the normal white theme as opposed to the dark theme:

I am running Ubuntu GNOME 16.04 with GNOME 3.20. This is caused by the fact that gnome-builder does not automatically detect this as it should and automatically turn on "Dark Theme" as it should. Instead the user is forced to do this manually in the gnome-builder settings.
