Can't ebook.epub -> "Open with" gnome-books

Bug Description

Ubuntu 20.04 development branch up to date to latest @ 30/3/2020

Opening an .epub ebook file does not launch gnome-books
selecting the epub with right mouse/open with another application
does not list gnome-books either.

Only placing the epubs in the Documents folder will recognize
the books after gnome-books is launched.

Basically, can't find gnome-books inside "Open with" menu option

Maybe it is not a bug but a feature request. The issue is currently submitted at https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-books/-/issues/17
