[Reproduce Steps]
1.Install wlan card 8851BE.
2.Install OS Ubuntu 22.04.
3.Click top-right icon on desktop.
4.Choose Power Off/Log Out > Power Off / Restart.
5.Enter to OS.
6.Issue occurred11.issue occur

Expected Result: Click restart/ power off, Quickly enter OS
Actual Result:Click restart/ power off. It takes about 10 minutes to enter the OS on 8851BE SKU.
