Bluetooth GPS-Logger Blumax GPS-4044 don't work (can not aktivate/deaktivate)

What you expected to happen:

Can connect/deconnect the GPS-Logger with the bluetooth control applet or the gnome-control-center bluetooth.

What happened instead:

The device is not show in the bluethooth control applet and in the gnome-control-center bluetooth the on/off "switch" don't work
