Bug Description
I have Core(TM)2 Duo CPU, but "CPU Frequency Scaling Monitor" scale frequency only for CPU1 or CPU2 (selected in preferences). There is no option to choose scale frequency for both cores together.
Ubuntu 9.10 (karmic), Linux 2.6.31-
