network applet put statistics lower when mouse cursor focus on it

Bug Description
Binary package hint: gnome-system-
See the picture.
When putting the focus of the mouse cursor on the network part of the applet, the network graph lower or zeros the network activity bars.
On the picture attached, the yellow lower bars are when I simply focus, unfocus, focus, unfocus.
This has been like that since I used Ubuntu, so that would be... 7.04 I think.
