Bug Description
Binary package hint: gnome-system-
this is best described with a picture. I am not aware of any changes to my system since the last reboot, but when I logged in today the system monitor applet on my upper toolbar was just a hair-thin, vertically centered line. Clicking just above or below the hair-thin system-monitor (but still within the footprint before this happened) caused the 'Add to panel' dialogue to open. I fixed it by opening the preferences and adjusting the preferences by a pixel.
