Bug Description

Binary package hint: gnome-alsamixer

gnome-alsamixer crashed with SIGSEGV in IA__g_cclosure_marshal_VOID__VOID() after upgrading from Intrepid to Jaunty. Sound devices which were working fine in Intrepid are also not dedected in Jaunty and Default Sound Card and Sound properties applet shows Null Output (Pulse Mixer) as playback and same null device for capture and no other sound card device is listed.
Its a dell 1525 Inspiron laptop and everything was working on Intrepid.
