Bug Description
It seems that keyboard shortcuts get lost after reboots. I'm not sure where the bug is, perhaps gconf? The symptoms are this:
* System Settings -> Keyboard -> Shortcuts
* Under 'Windows', do the following:
- deactivate "Activate the window menu"
- set "Minimize window" to Alt-h
- set "Maximize window vertically" to Alt-Down
Now, some future reboot will reset all of these back to the default. I've seen this in both Quantal and Raring. Unfortunately, not *every* reboot will cause the reset. It's possible that only when the machine shows a reboot is necessary due to 'gconf' changes, will this happen. I haven't been able to find any other evidence or clues.
