mouse doesn't run in gl-117 main menu

Binary package hint: gl-117
When i in main menu i cannot select any item.
My System:
ASUS M2A-VM motherboard
AMD 5000+ 2.60GHz CPU
2048 MB RAM
ATI Radeon X1250 Integrated Grapics
Ubuntu 9.04 with radeon opengl drivers

How exactly is the mouse behaving? Does it work in the menus, or just not for the controls?
