Bug Description
Binary package hint: gksu
Here is the screenshot for the gksu popup.

It was fine before my upgrade of fglrx, and the dependent packages of fglrx.
Just right after the upgrade, gksu popup shows like a gtk window, and the other contents on the screen doesn't grey out.
The core function of gksu does work right, though.
