Bug Description

The "scripts/tuxcomputers-split-tone.scm" script installs its menu item into "<Image>/Script-Fu/Color", which is outdated and looks wrong. This leads to the creation of a new top-level menu.

The fix is simple, just change the last line from the script to something else.
