Unfortunately geogebra 4.2 doesn't appear to be free software anymore. Please see some more details at http:// bugs.debian. org/cgi- bin/bugreport. cgi?bug= 692728.
I'm very sorry of this and already tried to get in touch with GeoGebra upstream developers to have this decision changes. But unfortunately I have to say that the way they answered (or didn't do it) leads me to thinking it won't be easy. :-(
