In Gedit (with Compiz), <Super>+scroll both scrolls the window and changes window opacity

Bug Description

I have compiz set so that "<Super>+Button4" and "<Super>+Button5" increase and decrease the opacity of the window under the mouse. However, I've noticed that since recently, using this will also trigger the scroll movement on these windows. Previously, the <Super> key would prevent scrolling but not anymore.

This happens only in some windows, so I suspect it is not a compiz problem.

Programs whose windows have problems:
Gedit, Nautilus (for the time being, I can only find these two)

Programs that DO NOT suffer from this problem
I tried many, including: Evince, Chrome, Eclipse, Acrobat reader, gnome-terminal, ccsm

My System:
Description: Ubuntu 12.04.1 LTS
Release: 12.04

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. It seems that your bug report is not filed about a specific source package though, rather it is just filed against Ubuntu in general. It is important that bug reports be filed about source packages so that people interested in the package can find the bugs about it. You can find some hints about determining what package your bug might be about at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/FindRightPackage. You might also ask for help in the #ubuntu-bugs irc channel on Freenode.

To change the source package that this bug is filed about visit https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bug/1102492/+editstatus and add the package name in the text box next to the word Package.
