Bug Description

Geany doesn't show graphics correctly when running a GNU Octave script. Depending on the time that the script takes to run, it is not possible to observe the graph generated (it is very fast to show, sometimes). It just closes all windows of graphics at the end of the script execution, like the example video:

When I run an Octave script under terminal, or just copy the text to the terminal, I can see the graphics.

A workaround is to add option persist (octave -q --persist "%f") to the execute command for octave in build menu commands dialog (@ref http://www.geany.org/manual/current/index.html#build-menu-commands-dialog) so octave won't terminate itself.

As you should terminate octave by hand after finishing execution also consider not to use the geany VTE Terminal
(@ref http://www.geany.org/manual/current/index.html#terminal-vte-preferences)
