"enhance contrast in colours" does not return to default apperance when unselected

Bug Description
During the new 9.10 login. Pressing the blue circle with the white man in it brings up the "Universal Access Preferences" dialog box.
selecting "enhance contrast in colours" then de-selecting does not return to original state the black and white Ubuntu logo is lost and a icon of a computer is there in its place.

login is a command line interface program.
Based on the XsessionErrors, my first guess is that this was intended as a bug report for the gnome login dialog box.
