GCrontab is a GTK 1.2 application, and GTK 1.2 has been removed from Karmic. So, GCrontab either needs to be ported to GTK 2 or it'll be removed from the repositories.
There's an initial patch for the porting available at http:// bugs.debian. org/cgi- bin/bugreport. cgi?bug= 515275, but I couldn't get it to build.
