* Sync with Debian
* New upstream version:
Features:
- Save translations in separate file with markup backend's "meged" mode
- Switch on "merged" mode for the defaults database
- Make gconf_value_compare() and gconf_entry_equal() public
- Lots of new docs
Fixes:
- Remove unused --enable-gconf-source configure option
- Fix parallel build
- Make gconf_client_remove_dir() clear the dir's cache
- Win32 build fix - include DLLs in zipfile package
- Make gconf_value_decode() work with schemas
- Fix segault unescaping strings
- Remove C99 usage

- don't Recommends zenity
- updated the transition version to the current Ubuntu one.
* debian/60gconf2_merge-tree, debian/gconf2-common.install,
debian/gconf2.postinst:
- dropped automatic merge on update, it's done upstream now
* debian/gconf-schemas:
- the default source is a merged one
