Bug Description
[Impact]
Two issues make gconf FTBFS in Bionic:
- outdated gtk-doc.make which fails with gtk-doc-tools >= 1.26
- missing dh-python in B-D
The debdiff attached below fixes these issues and makes gconf build properly.
[Test Case]
Just install the needed build dependencies and try to build gconf. It will fail with an error from gtk-doc.make. Second issue: if gtk-doc.make is patched, the build will fail if dh-python isn't installed.
[Regression Potential]
None, you can't break it more than FTBFS :)
[Other Info]
Fixes are backported from Cosmic.
